In Fall 2012, Corporate Screening launched our updated VerifyStudents website. One of our significant goals was to make the already easy to use website even more student-friendly. Since the relaunch, we’ve received many positive comments about the site and its ease of navigation, but students still have a few common questions about their reports. So we’re answering these commonly asked questions.


Q. How do I check the status of my background check report?

A.  After you create your student account and complete the background application, Corporate Screening begins working on your report. Once the report is complete, you’ll receive a message via email and text message (if you opted to receive text messages during the application process) letting you know.

You can also log back in to your account to check on your report. The information will appear on as a message on your student dashboard. The message will relay the status your report: if the application is incomplete, if the report is in progress, or that it is complete.

Q. How do I view my background screening report?

A. To access your report, simply log in to your account and you’ll be brought to the student dashboard. To view your report, click on “View Report” on the left column of the page.

Q. How do I reorder a report? 

A. To reorder a report, log in to your account. From the student dashboard, click on “Order a New Report.”

Q. I misplaced the drug screen paper work but need it for the collection site. Can you help me reprint it? 

A. You can reprint your paperwork from the student dashboard. Log in to your account and select “Reprint Drug Screen ePassport.”

Q. I missed the deadline for my drug screen test. Can you help me?

A. In this case, you will need to go back to your school program administrator for assistance. We are unable to extend the drug screening deadlines that are set by your school.
