CEO – Dennis E. Drellishak, Sr.

Dennis Drellishak is recognized as a leading authority in the business information services industry. He has more than 30 years of experience in high-level business investigations, pre-employment screenings and loss prevention programs. Under Dennis’ leadership, Corporate Screening has been named one of the top 23 background screening firms in the country, and has received numerous Weatherhead 100 Fastest-growing Companies in Northeast Ohio and NEO Success Awards.

Dennis’ talent for combining innovative technology with superior customer service has resulted in the creation of industry leading client tools including, CS EASE, VerifyStudents, The Applicant Sorter, and complementary affiliate services such as Background Express and The Intelligence Group. Outside of Corporate Screening, Dennis actively participates in a number of professional groups and has been an instructor on investigative and security issues at area colleges.

A graduate of Akron University, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice.

President – Greg Dubecky

A veteran of the investigation industry since 1990, Greg Dubecky is repsonsible for the strategic direction and all company operations including sales, marketing, production and product development.

Prior to leading Corporate Screening, Greg was General Manager and Vice President of Sales, and was responsible for securing multi-year relationships with some of the country’s leading employers. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and has served on the association’s committee for Ethics and Accreditation. Greg is a frequent speaker on background screening related topics.

Prior to joining Corporate Screening in 1995, Greg spent five years in investigative related positions with the United States Marshal Service in Cleveland, and Bank One Corporation in Columbus. He is a board member and current President of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Cleveland Chapter, an organization with the critical mission to fund research into finding a cure for, treatment and prevention of retinal degenerative diseases such as retinitis pigmentosa and macular degeneration.

Greg holds a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University.

Operations Manager – Todd Feher

Todd Feher has spent more than 15 years in the investigative industry. His wide range of experience includes worker compensation, personal injury surveillance and investigations, pre-employment screening, and business background investigations. At Corporate Screening, he specializes in investigations for clinets who require in-depth research into the background of a person or company.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. He also has a an Associate of Applied Science degree in Security and Loss Prevention from Lakeland Community College.

Chief Technology Officer – Tom Drellishak

Tom Drellishak brings more than 15 years of information systems and software application development experience to Corporate Screening. He has been a project manager for several national consulting firms, and has developed enterprise software applications for Fortune 500 companies.

At Corporate Screening, Tom designed and developed a number of systems, including Casetracking, CS EASE, CS Public Record Vendor Management System, VerifyStudents.com, ApplicantSorter.com, and NationalWebRecords.com.

Tom has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from Cleveland State University. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD).
